End of Summer water park visits - this is really the kids favorite place to be - when we go to the water park, its usually just for a couple of hours - we very rarely spend the whole day there - so the kids don't get exhausted and grumpy and sunburned - but just enough time to ride a couple of their favorite slides, hang out in the wave pool and eat some snacks! :) Its been the best thing having water park season passes and only 10 minutes from the house!
Emma took a summer art class for about 6 weeks- this girl loves art and creating!
With school started, this girl gets a lot of time with just mommy while the other kids are gone all day. Occasionally we love to meet up with daddy downtown and eat out somewhere fun near his work. We found a delicious thai food restaraunt. The kids menu included "octopus" haha...
August was full of friends baby showers and birthdays - I started a collection of gifts to give on top of the piano...
I've been serving in Young Women's with the Beehives for a long time and I've gotten to know these sweet girls so well. This was one of our last activities before a group of our older Beehives would be turning 14 and start moving onto Mia Maids... We went to a park and did water games and had a water fight!
When school starts I always get motivated to organize and purge old stuff - this closet in Claire's room was serving as mostly storage for all my crafting supplies - it had gotten out of hand!!! ahhh!!!
