"Find Mr. Turkey"

To Play: One person (we'll call this person "the farmer") hides, while the rest of the group hides a turkey. The farmer then tries to find his lost turkey by following the sounds of the gobbles. The louder the gobble, the closer he is.
The video below shows our attempt at playing :)

  3. Yes- the lovely kitchen is from Costco! Ben's parents got it for the girls a couple Christmas's ago. :)

  4. Love your fun ideas. We just did our thankful leaves last week that you had recommended awhile ago. And i just made a wreath with orange flowers for Thanksgiving. Steve thinks it looks decidedly Christmasy but I'm sticking with T-giving since it is orange after all. Keep posting all the great plans so I can copy them:)

  5. Just watched it. The Gago, Gago at the end is my favorite!

  6. For some reason it reminds me of that popular children's game "how many Lou's are in the forest"

  7. Oh dad, I LOVE that game! ;) You need to play it with Emma when we come visit. hehe

  8. Sarah and I just enjoyed watching your video together. Good job, keeping the girls occupied. It's sort of like what we do in primary sharing time. The kids sing louder as the seeker gets close to the hidden 'note'. The winning classes teacher gets to keep a rubber chicken that week.
I just brought home a 20 lb. Norbest Turkey that I got for $13. We'll have our own dinner on Wednesday and then a shared dinner at my sisters house on Thursday. We wanted our own 'leftovers'; gotta have those.
