Here's a token pic from our Cinco de Mayo dinner. We always use Ben's tablecloth he got in Guatemala and we cook up some tasty enchiladas... and we turn on mariachi music! And yes, we also had The NeverEnding Story cued up on the tv for after dinner (not anything to do with Cinco de Mayo)
For an FHE one Monday we went on a family hike on the trail near our home. Claire's a great hiker ;)

It was very smart to take the neighborhood just outside the city limits.
