Becca had her first dentist visit today! She was actually excited about it (because she's seen her sister go many times and thought it looked fun), so I was excited too! Emma had an appt at the same time in the room next door, so Jake and I got to bounce back and forth checking on them both. And Becca did great... she really liked it when the dentist told her that the toothbrush she'd be using was 'magic'. She told Becca to wiggle her magic fingers at it and it would turn on - so Becca did as she was told and to her amazement it did! - she was so astounded. Hopefully this will be the start to plenty more successful dentist visits and more enthusiastic teeth-brushing! ;) And note that Becca may be growing up, but she most definitely hasn't grown into that dental chair or big blue bib.
Way to go Becca! Have fun with that magic toothbrush.
