I felt so loved on my birthday this year - My family and friends sure know how to make a girl feel special.  :)  

Look at these sweet and crazy morning faces - I woke up to a lovely breakfast and gifts and these crazies ready to greet me :)  Ben asked what I wanted for my birthday, and I told him "no dishes!"  So he did a simple breakfast with quick clean up and was sure to put the plates in the dishwasher for me before going to work :)  What a wonderful husband he is!

I had many friends call, text, or come by to wish me happy birthday throughout the day and week.  And Carrie took me out for a birthday lunch!  And we got sitters!  Which was the best idea ever.  :)  

For dinner Ben and the kids and I went to my favorite place- El Encanto in Cave Creek.  It's the cutest Mexican restaurant...

It was late when we got home (at least for the kids), but we still had birthday cake to eat!  Ben had picked up some delicious little cakes from Barb's Bakery during his lunch break at work.  It was soooo good!!  Like really really good cake.  Oh I wish I hadn't eaten it all... because now I want some more!

Emma was super excited to eat her own little chocolate cake... Becca was mostly just wanting to be in bed :)
