Before we left on our last summer trip, we squeezed in a few more fun activities. I do love the freedom of our schedule in the summertime. Especially once swim team and swim lessons were over, we had a few weeks with a rather open day to fill as we wanted.
We went to Pump It Up with a great Groupon deal. We had an extra pass, so Emma invited her cute and silly friend Jaida. She is hilarious and so fun to have around!
This next video at the Kierland fountains actually should go in the previous post- I'll probably move it there later. Claire is distressed that her clothes are all wet and she is whining to be naked - she got stripped down shortly after this :)
The day before we left on our trip to Montana, the girls BEGGED to do a lemonade stand. I told them I was busy packing and getting ready to leave the next morning, but they somehow convinced me that they would do it all. Well, I can honestly say that they did! They set everything up on their own, including the tablecloth :) I just contributed by buying them some cookies while we were on our errands that morning. They made the signs and got their cash box ready and made the lemonade... they even cut up lemon wedges. How cute are they? I sent out a text plea to friends to come by and get some lemonade. :) We have the most generous friends and neighbors and Emma and Becca made 16 dollars during their 1.5 hours in the heat. :) That's good money! They were SOOO excited!

Aren't you glad there are places like Pump It Up, to take the kids? The splash pads are fun too.

Oh well. It would have taken me about 12 hours to drive there.
