Hallelujah!! Thanks to the cleverness of MeckMom, I have what I hope to be a much needed solution to my mess of a hair accessory basket. I picked this shoe caddy up at Walmart this morning and then came home, dumped out the dark abyss of disorganization (aka- the little basket I've always used to stash the never-ending supply of little girl hair accessories), and reorganized by color into the individual compartments. It is now hanging on the back of the kids' bathroom door. That darn hair basket has been my nemesis every morning when I try to find things in it to do the girls hair... never again!! :)
And look who's 11 months old... Jake, that's who. He'll be turning the big ONE in exactly 4 weeks!
My Jake-man is big, and handsome, and nice, and so very clever. He is babbling with the best of 'em and he has also figured out how to stand up all by himself without pulling up on something. This kid has become an awesome walker (I'll get a video of his killer walking skillz soon), and will likely be running sprints by the end of the month. ;)

That's why I'm always 'purging'. If it's not frequently used or of value; out it goes! As a consequence my home looks a bit sparse, but that's okay.
Oh my, that Jacob is turning into a little man. I can't wait to see all of you.
great idea, I will have to use that for my lil' girl...you know, when she gets or has hair. Also, I can't believe Jake is going to be 1. That year flew by!
